Pambula Beach House, NSW

This project converts an existing 2-storey house into 2 identical separate apartments. The entire building is over-clad in H1 durability shiplap timber, complete with new balconies and deck terraces - opening with bi-fold doors from living spaces into the ocean views over the headland.

Construction is scheduled to commence mid 2008.
