NSW SOUTH COAST

Sustainable Mixed-Use and Luxury Multi-Residential Development

NSW South Coast COASTAL APARTMENTS
South Coast Coastal Apartments — NSW

A mixed-use coastal apartment development on the NSW South Coast exploring sculptural residential architecture integrated with landscape and ocean views. The design arranges residential towers around a landscaped central courtyard with pool, shared amenities and rooftop terraces overlooking the coastline.

The architecture develops a porous honeycomb structural façade that provides shading, privacy and environmental performance while giving the building a distinctive sculptural identity. Deep terraces, planted roofs and layered outdoor spaces extend living areas into the landscape and respond to the coastal climate.

Shared amenities including rooftop lounges, bar terraces and landscaped podium gardens create a resort-like residential environment while maintaining strong connections to the surrounding coastal setting.

Designed by Charles Wright Architects, the project explores contemporary coastal apartment living through a combination of structural expression, environmental responsiveness and integrated landscape architecture.
